Call Data: We do not store or share any data from the calls you make or receive.

Phone Number: Your phone number is used solely for identifying and verifying your account. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Third Party Services

We work with the following third-party companies to manage and process few tasks. Each company is required to maintain strict technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information as per their privacy policies. 

  1. Twilio (Call Streaming Service) - Privacy Policy​

    1. We use Twilio’s Programmable Voice services to handle communication needs. After a thorough review of Twilio’s report and security documentation, we confirm that:

      1. Twilio retains customer data in accordance with its internal policies and guidelines. The data is securely stored on AWS infrastructure, backed up as necessary, and subsequently deleted after the retention period. Twilio ensures that customer data is not shared with any third parties.

      2. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
        These measures align with our commitment to safeguarding your information.

  2. Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Cloud services, website hosting) Privacy Policy

    1. ​Our application runs on AWS EC2 infrastructure. AWS does not store customer data unless optional services like CloudWatch are enabled, which we do not use in our setup. This ensures that your data remains transient and is not retained unnecessarily.

  3. Google LLC (Speech-to-Text services) Privacy Policy

    1. ​We use Google Speech-to-Text to process audio data. By default, Google does not log customer audio or transcripts. This ensures that no data is stored or retained beyond the scope of processing.

  4. OpenAI (LLMs) Privacy Policy

    1. OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days solely to monitor abuse, after which it is permanently deleted unless required otherwise by law. Our configuration ensures that your data is not used for model improvement or other purposes.

Data Security and Storage

Security Measures: As a security-focused company, we are deeply committed to upholding the principles of safety, privacy, and trust in all aspects of our technology. Protecting user data is at the core of what we do.

We do not store any audio packets or text data on our systems beyond what is strictly necessary for real-time processing during a call. Once the processing is complete, this data is immediately discarded. This ensures that no residual data remains on our servers, maintaining the highest level of privacy for our users.

Our infrastructure and processes are designed with a privacy-first approach, ensuring that user information is handled securely and transiently without compromising the integrity of their data.

 

Data Storage: We only store your phone number in our database. We do not store or process any call data or other personal information.

Data Sharing

No Data Selling: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
